He told us that a characteristic building was for sale in the historic center of the city. After visiting this house, we soon lost our heart and it became our property. Thanks to Fabio and his professional staff, the rather difficult renovation with unforeseen obstacles was finally brought to a successful conclusion. The result is beyond expectations, a gem! He has lovingly renovated the house and always ensured that the authenticity of the house was preserved during the works.
